    What is your Valuations Score?

Our valuations are based on several factors in addition to the make, model and mileage of your car. The vehicle’s condition affects its value, as does your ability to provide a full service history and valid MOT certificate. Below, you’ll find a summary of what’s required for each valuation level, to help you understand the quote you’re given.

    LeftRight
Gold A Gold score means your vehicle is in showroom condition. No reconditioning or paintwork touch-ups are required, and the alloy wheels and tyres are in good condition, with a tread depth of at least 5mm on all tyres. The vehicle is also of the original factory specification, and you can provide a full service history and MOT certificate, plus two keys.
Sliver A Silver score means some work is required to bring the vehicle to a suitable condition for sale – for example, retouches are required to the paintwork or wheels. It has a full service history and MOT certificate, and comes with two keys.
Bronze A Bronze score is awarded to cars that have mechanical issues or more significant damage to the body or wheels. A poor service history or less than a month remaining on the MOT certificate will also contribute to a Bronze score.
