Trainee Fleet Sales/Administrator Job in Kidderminster

We're looking for a Trainee Fleet Sales/Administrator, as you know, we pride ourselves on our reputation for delivering the highest quality of service to all of our customers, and with ambitious plans for the future; we're looking for someone who is passionate, driven and responsible to join our team.

As a trainee, you will look forward to interacting with fleet customers via email and telephone whilst delivering a great customer experience, as well as providing advice and assistance with any queries they may have.

You will be trained to provide contract hire quotations to our finance broker network and handle consequent customer finance proposals and orders. You will also be trained to liaise with our internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate delivery times. Previous experience in car sales is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.

About the Role
  • Demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and adapt to a competitive environment
  • Help achieve sales targets agreed with the Fleet Sales Manager after your agreed training period
  • Be customer focused - develop rapport and maintain excellent relations with our customers
  • Prepare order forms, need to be computer Literate.
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a customer service and sales role would be advantageous.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team is required.
  • Good communication skills are essential to the position.
  • A highly motivated individual with the determination to succeed in a competitive
  • sales environment is necessary.
  • You must be smart in appearance and well organised.
  • A full UK driving license is required.
