About You:

• Sales and Customer Focus Experience: Prior experience in sales and a strong customer service orientation are essential. However, Full training will be provided to enhance your skills.
• Target Achievement: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Rapport Building: Skilled in quickly establishing and building rapport with customers.
• Career Ambition: Demonstrates potential to build a successful career with Hyundai Stourbridge.
• Valid UK Driver’s Licence: Must hold a valid UK driver’s licence.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Build trust and communicate effectively to exceed customer expectations through excellent qualification and creating a positive first impression.
• Maximize Sales Opportunities: Engage in prospecting, follow-up calls, handling inbound telephone inquiries, welcoming walk-in prospects, and managing internet/online inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
• Vehicle Presentation: Take high-quality pictures, 360-degree Video, and walk-around videos of stock vehicles. Ensure that all vehicles are presentable and properly uploaded onto sales platforms with engaging descriptions.
