General Terms (Applicable to All Vouchers)

• Valid only at BYD Stourbridge

• One voucher per customer, per transaction.

• Voucher must be presented before the transaction is completed.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Not transferable or redeemable against previous purchases.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, finance contribution, or manufacturer incentive unless agreed by management.

• Lost, stolen, copied, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.

• BYD Stourbridge reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.

• Voucher must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the voucher.

£750 Off a Vehicle Purchase Voucher

• Entitles the holder to £750 off the purchase price of an eligible vehicle.

• Valid on selected new vehicles only.

• Excludes part-exchange value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Subject to vehicle availability.

£500 Off a Vehicle Purchase Voucher

• Entitles the holder to £500 off the purchase price of an eligible vehicle.

• Valid on selected new vehicles only.

• Excludes part-exchange value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

20% Off Vehicle Service Voucher

• Entitles the holder to 20% off the labour and eligible service items for a scheduled vehicle service.

• Excludes MOT fees, repairs, tyres, batteries, diagnostics, air conditioning services, and manufacturer service plans unless otherwise stated.

• Discount cannot be applied retrospectively.

40% Off Vehicle Service Voucher

• Entitles the holder to 40% off the labour and eligible service items for a scheduled vehicle service.

• Excludes MOT fees, repairs, tyres, batteries, diagnostics, air conditioning services, and manufacturer service plans unless otherwise stated.

• Discount cannot be applied retrospectively.

Complimentary Wash & Vac Voucher

• Entitles the holder to one complimentary exterior wash and interior vacuum.

• Service is subject to weather conditions and operational availability.

• No cash alternative is available.

• Vehicle must be collected during normal business hours.

• Offer excludes commercial vehicles and excessively soiled vehicles where additional cleaning would be required.
  
  

  £25 Cinema Voucher

  • Entitles the holder to one £25 cinema gift voucher.

  • Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Valid only at participating cinema locations as specified on the voucher.

  • Any balance remaining after use will be subject to the cinema operator's terms and conditions.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Entitles the holder to one £50 gift voucher for use at Dudley Zoo & Castle.

  • Subject to the venue's own admission and voucher terms and conditions.

  • Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

  • Any additional costs above the voucher value are the responsibility of the holder.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
