As a Motorhomes Sales Manager, you
will lead our sales team in driving revenue and expanding market share
within the motorhome segment. Your primary responsibility will be to
develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales team, and ensure
exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in achieving
sales targets and maintaining the company's position as a leader in the
recreational vehicle industry.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration in the motorhome segment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate
with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies
with product offerings and promotional campaigns.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement incentive programs to motivate the sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with motorhome partners.
- Provide Staff with product training, marketing support, and sales tools to enhance their ability to sell motorhomes effectively.
- Collaborate
with internal teams to develop joint sales and marketing initiatives,
promotional events, and co-op advertising campaigns.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and improve the overall sales and service experience.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement, refine sales strategies, and optimize resource allocation.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales automation tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and streamline sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel to industry events.
