A Plug-in Van Grant can offer 35% of the cost of a small electric van ( 2,500 kilograms gross vehicle rate, with CO2 emissions of less than 50g/km and can travel at least 96km (60 miles) without any emissions at all) up to a maximum of £2,500 and 35% of purchase price (maximum of £5,000) for large vans 2,500kg and 4,250kg gross vehicle weight and CO2 emissions of less than 50g/km that can travel at least 96km (60 miles) without any emissions at all.

Grant Schemes for Electrical Vehicle Charging Infrastructure
In addition, the Workplace Charging Scheme can reduce the cost of installing electric van charging points up to a maximum of £350 for each socket. Each applicant can apply for up to a maximum of 40 charge points.
Grants of up to 75% of the price of the charging infrastructure for use at home or at work are available. We'd advice you think about submitting an application for these awards. Through the Office of Zero Emission vans, the government provides funds to encourage the increased usage of electric and hybrid vehicles (OZEV).
