What are your opening times?

What if you don’t have anything I like?

With 3 Sales outlets, 3 after-sales outlets, an accident repair centre, 9 franchises and hundreds of used cars we are confident that we can help find something for you and our dedicated staff can always help you with any difficult decisions you might have to make.

How do I know all your vehicles are good quality?

All our new cars are fully prepared for you in advance and our used cars are tested to ensure they are in the best condition possible.

Can I view all the vehicles?

Yes, by all means feel free to view any vehicle on our website and if you like what you see please do not hesitate to enquire further.

How do I enquire about a car?

This is quite simple, once you have selected the car you are interested in simply click on Enquire Now and a form will appear. Once you have filled in the form it will be sent to us and we will contact you as soon as possible regarding your enquiry, whatever it may be.

Can I have a test drive?

Absolutely, our sales team will be happy to organise a no obligation test drive for you in any of our vehicles. If we do not have the vehicle you want available we will be happy to arrange a test drive at a later date or we can even let you test drive a similar vehicle to get a feel for it until the one you want becomes available.

What payment options are available?

We offer a wide range of tailor-made payment schemes to suit your needs. For more information please contact us and one of our sales advisors will be happy to help with any query.

Once I have purchased a car how long will delivery take?

This can vary upon the vehicle and options you have chosen. Our sales team will keep you informed on delivery times and will keep you updated until your vehicle is ready.

What if I have a problem after delivery?

At All Electric we are committed to customer care and will help and advise you even after delivery. Please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Where do I take the car for servicing or MOT testing?

The Halesowen service centre, Kidderminster and Kings Heath dealerships offer full servicing, repairs and MOT testing. From manufacturer servicing to our own range of comprehensive All Electric services we cater for all makes and models. For more information on servicing visit our service pages.
